a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Standard Agreement with The Social Changery, LLC, to continue to provide Decoded social media messaging and marketing plans for the Chronic Disease and Injury Prevention Division programs, extending the term through June 30, 2025, for a revised term of November 17, 2023, through June 30, 2025, and increasing the amount not to exceed by $40,000 with an amended amount not to exceed total of $209,750; and b.
