a. Approve and authorize the County Administrative Officer, or designee, to sign an agreement with TRANSAGRO Consulting to continue providing Spanish interpretation and translation services for the Board of Supervisors meetings, for a term retroactive to April 2, 2024 through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $50,000; and b. Authorize the County Administrative Officer, or designee, to sign up to three (3) future amendments to this agreement, extending time, where the amendments do not significantly change the statement of work or add additional funds.
