a. Approve and authorize the Director or designee of the Department of Social Services to sign Amendment No.1 with Door to Hope, adding $271,673 for a new contract total of $772,011 to provide Parents as Teachers (PAT) Program which provides parent education to families who are involved with, or at-risk of, child protective services intervention and creation and implementation of a Social Media safety class with no changes to the contract term; and b. Authorize the Director or designee of the Department of Social Services to sign up to three future amendments to the amended Agreement where the total amendments do not exceed 10% ($77,201) of the amended contract amount and do not significantly change the scope of work, and do not to exceed the maximum aggregate of $849,212.
