a. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer for Natividad Medical Center (NMC) or his designee to execute an agreement with California Department Public Health (CDPH) to participate in a sponsored bed capacity tracking pilot project services at NMC with a no cost to the agreement and agreement term June 22, 2024, through June 21, 2029 and; b. Approve the NMC’s Chief Executive Officer’s recommendation to accept non-standard indemnification, insurance, limitations on liability, and limitations on damages provisions within the agreement.
