a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute a non-standard Agreement with Central California Alliance for Health to coordinate services for Medi-Cal beneficiaries enrolled, or eligible to enroll in the managed care plan (MCP), retroactive to January 1, 2024, to January 1, 2027, at no cost to the County of Monterey; and b. Approve a non-standard Agreement as recommended by the Director of Health Services; and c. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to sign up to three future amendments that do not significantly change the scope.
