a. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or their designee to execute a non-standard Agreement with Sharp Circle, Incorporated, to provide Life Ownership Program and Mentoring Services to promote and support successful reentry of youth into community, for the term June 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, for an amount not to exceed $60,000; and b. Authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or their designee to sign future amendments to the Agreement where the amendments do not exceed 10% ($6,000) of the original Agreement amount and do not significantly alter the scope of services, for a not to exceed maximum of $66,000.
