a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute a non-standard Agreement with First 5 Monterey County to provide Race, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) module for all Home Visiting Programs in Monterey County, retroactive to January 1, 2024, to June 30, 2028, for a total Agreement amount of $190,000; and b. Approve a non-standard Agreement as recommended by the Director of Health Services; and c. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to sign up to three future amendments where the combined amendments do not exceed 10% ($19,000) of the original amount and do not significantly change the scope, total not to exceed a maximum of $209,000.
