a. Approve and authorize the Director or Assistant Director of the Department of Social Services to sign a Renewal and Amendment #3 to Agreement #5010-1932 with the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) for Medi-Cal Privacy and Security, retroactive to March 1, 2024, extending the term by six (6) months, for a new term September 1, 2019 through September 1, 2024; b. Authorize the Director or Assistant Director of the Department of Social Services to sign up to three (3) future amendments to this amended agreement where the amendments do not significantly change the responsibilities of the parties.
