a. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or designee to execute a non-Standard Agreement with Martinelli & Associates Inc., for officer training services for Public Works, Facilities and Parks (PWFP), effective May 10, 2024 through May 9, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $25,000; and, b. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or designee to execute up to three future amendments to the Agreement where the total amendments do not exceed 10% ($2,500) of the Agreement amount and does not significantly change the scope of work, subject to County Counsel approval, for an aggregate not to exceed maximum of $27,500.
