a. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer for Natividad Medical Center (NMC) or his designee to execute amendment No. 2 to the agreement (A-16600) with Jackson Physician Search, LLC for recruitment and placement of physician services, extending the agreement an additional two (2) year period (October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2026) for a revised full agreement term of October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2026, and adding $600,000 for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $900,000. b. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer for Natividad Medical Center or his designee to execute up to three (3) future amendments to the agreement which do not significantly alter the scope of work and do not cause an increase of more than 10% ($10,000) of the original cost of the agreement per each amendment, for total contract liability of ($910,000).
