a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with South Monterey County Joint Union High School District for an estimated total revenue amount of $39,589 for the term of February 15, 2024 through June 30, 2024; and b. Approve the non-standard insurance and indemnification provisions in the MOU template as recommended by the Director of Health Services; and c. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute up to three future amendments where the combined amendments do not exceed 10% ($3,959) of the original MOU amount, do not significantly change the scope of services, and do not exceed a maximum amount of $43,548.
