a. Approve and authorize the Monterey County Laguna Seca Representative to execute a retroactive Amendment No. 3 to the Standard Agreement with Star Sanitation, LLC to continue to provide pumping and disposal services for septic tanks and lift stations for WeatherTech® Raceway at Laguna Seca, Request for Proposals No. 10711, to extend the Agreement term to March 28, 2019 through March 31, 2025 and increase the authorized not to exceed sum of $580,000 by $140,000 for an amended not to exceed sum of $720,000; and b. Approve and authorize the Monterey County Laguna Seca Representative to execute future amendments to the Agreement where the total amendments do not exceed 10%, or $72,000 of the total agreement amount and do not significantly change the scope of work, subject to County Counsel approval for a total aggregate not to exceed sum of $792,000.
