a. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or designee to execute a non-Standard Agreement for vessel repairs, maintenance or replacement services of all components for Public Works, Facilities and Parks vessels, with Mark Van Wagner, dba The Boat Doc with a term of March 1, 2024 through February 28, 2029, with a not to exceed sum of $200,000. b. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or designee to execute up to three future amendments to the Agreement where the total of each amendment does not exceed 10% or $20,000 of the Agreement amount and does not significantly change the scope of work, subject to County Counsel approval, with a not to exceed aggregate total of $260,000. c. Approve non-standard insurance provisions in the Standard Agreement as recommended by the Director of Public Works, Facilities and Parks.
