a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute Renewal and Amendment No. 1 with the Go Kids, Inc., to assist in the proper and efficient administration of the Medi-Cal Program through the County-Based Medi-Cal Administrative Activities (CMAA) program by improving the availability and accessibility of Medi-Cal services to eligible and potential eligible individuals through the CMAA program, adding $204,000, for a total revised contract amount of $279,000 and adding five years and eight months, for a revised Agreement term of October 1, 2020 through June 30, 2026; and b. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute up to two (2) future Amendments to this Agreement that in total do not exceed 10% ($27,900) of the Agreement amount, do not significantly change the scope of work, and do not exceed a revised maximum amount of $306,900.
