a. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or their designee to execute Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. A-16558 with Allied Universal Electronic Monitoring US, Inc. for electronic monitoring for Probation clients where the amendment increases the Agreement’s amount by $84,500 for an amount not to exceed $200,000 with no change to the existing term of June 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024; and b. Authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or their designee to execute future amendments to the Agreement where the total amendments do not exceed 15% ($30,000) of the Agreement amount and do not significantly change the scope of services, for a not to exceed maximum amount of $230,000.
