Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or designee to sign a Standard Agreement created by Request for Proposal (RFP) #10912 for the provision of Religious Services for Monterey County Jail, with Freedom Advocate, LLC, for the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office for an initial term from date of signing (2/6/2024 estimated) to February 28, 2027, in the amount of $345,000, and b. Authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or designee to sign up to two future amendments to the agreement where the amendment does not significantly alter the scope of services, for a total maximum not to exceed amount of $575,000.
