a. Authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to accept a Providing Access and Transforming Health (PATH) Justice-Involved Capacity Building Program grant award, in the amount of $1,364,722 from Public Consulting Group (the third-party grant Administrative Entity for the California Department of Health Care Services), to support collaborative planning and Behavioral Health Linkages to community-based care for justice-involved Medi-Cal members to ensure continuity of treatment for individuals who received behavioral health services while they were incarcerated and who wish to continue to receive these services from Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS), Drug Medi-Cal (DMC), and/or Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery Systems (DMC-ODS) in the community. b. Approve non-standard insurance, limitation of liability, and indemnification provisions in the Program Funding Agreement as recommended by the Director of Health Services.
