Adopt Plans and Special Provisions for the San Miguel Canyon Road and Castroville Boulevard Roundabout, Project No. 1176 (Project), to construct a single-lane roundabout at the intersection of San Miguel Canyon Road and Castroville Boulevard in Prunedale; and b. Authorize the Director of Public Works, Facilities and Parks to advertise the Project's "Notice to Bidders" in the Monterey County Weekly. California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Action: The Board of Supervisors previously adopted an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) for the Project on June 17, 2025.
