a. Ratify the proposed projects list to submit to the Transportation Agency for Monterey County (TAMC) as candidate projects for the Regional Surface Transportation Program (RSTP); b. Authorize the Director of Public Works, Facilities and Parks (PWFP), or designee, to act as the agent for the County of Monterey (County) in processing all documentation to accept the RSTP award and effectuate these funds; and c. Add the awarded RSTP projects to the PWFP FY 2026-27 Annual Work Program for Road Fund.
