a. Authorize the Director of Human Resources, or designee, to execute a Student Intern Placement Agreement between University of the Pacific and the County of Monterey for placement of students in the Health Department under the Behavioral Health Bureau (BHB) to complete their field practicum experiences, for the term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2030; and; b. Approve non-standard risk provisions in the Agreement as recommended by the Director of Human Resources.
