a. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee, to execute an amendment to the Agreement with Sicuro Data Analytics, Inc. for Statistical Analysis, retroactive to February 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027, increasing the maximum contract amount from $150,000 to $371,100; b. Accept standard contract provisions as recommended by the District Attorney; c. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee and the District Attorney or designee to sign and execute the appropriate documents and verifications when required; d. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee to issue purchase orders on an as-needed basis pursuant to this Amended Agreement, retroactive to February 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027.
