a. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Monterey and the City of Salinas to establish the respective roles and responsibilities for the administration of the Salinas Housing Advancement, Resources, and Education (SHARE) Center; and b. Authorize the County Administrative Officer, or designee, to extend the term of the Memorandum of Understanding up to two (2) times, for a total period not to exceed fifteen (15) years, provided that such extensions do not materially alter the scope of the Agreement.
