a. Receive a report on rental income generated by the Kents Court affordable housing development; and, b. Recommend that the Board of Supervisors approve basing Kents Court affordable rents on 30% of the tenant’s certified annual income with a reasonable utility allowance based on the Housing Authority of the County of Monterey’s Energy Efficient Utility Allowance adopted annually.
