a. Conduct a public hearing to obtain residents’ views and respond to proposals and questions received during the preceding 30-day public comment period regarding the Amended Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnership Act 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2025-26; b. Receive and adopt the Amended 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan which includes the Fiscal Year Annual Action Plan and funding recommendations for HOME Investment Partnership Program funds of $500,000; c. Authorize and direct the Auditor-Controller to amend the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Adopted Budget for the Housing and Community Development, Community Development Reuse, Fund 013, Unit 8545, Appropriation Unit HCD004 to increase revenues and appropriations by $403,480; and d. Authorize the Director of Housing and Community Development or their designee to submit the Amended 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and execute documents required by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development to implement the Amended 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan;
