Authorize the Director of Public Works, Facilities and Parks (PWFP) to advertise the Project’s “Notice to Bidders” in the Monterey County Weekly. California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Action: A Notice of Exemption was filed on March 19, 2025, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines, California Code of Regulations (CCR) Section 15301 Existing Facilities.
