a. Approve and authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors, on behalf of the Board in its role as the Chief Elected Official for the Monterey County local workforce development area, to sign the Application for Local Area Subsequent Designation and Local Board Recertification, Program Years 2025-27, as required by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act; and b. Approve submittal of the Application to the California Workforce Development Board.
