a. Authorize the Sheriff’s Office to accept $85,000 from the Department of Health Care Services via the Health Management Associates, Inc (the Sub-Recipient) for Medication Assisted Treatment Expansion Program; and b. Approve and Authorize the Monterey County Sheriff or her designee to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with Health Management Associates, Inc, for the Medication Assisted Treatment Expansion Project and all related documentation on behalf of the County, retroactive to March 1, 2024 thru June 30, 2025, in the amount of $85,000.
