Authorize the Director of Public Works, Facilities, and Parks to advertise the Project's "Notice to Bidders" in the Monterey County Weekly. California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Action: A Notice of Exemption was filed on April 27, 2023, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines, California Code of Regulations (CCR) Class 1, Section 15301 (Existing Facilities).
