It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors receive a presentation from the Department of Social Services (DSS) on the Aging and Adult Services (AAS) Programs, including the Area Agency on Aging (AAA), Adult Protective Services (APS), In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS), IHSS Public Authority (PA), Information, Referral, and Assistance (IRA), Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC), Age Wise, Home Safe, Housing & Disability Advocacy Program (HDAP), and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Advocacy.
