a. Authorize and approve the Director of the Monterey County Free Libraries (“MCFL”) to accept donations totaling $108,761.25 for purchase of library materials, programs, and supplies, and b. Authorize and approve the Director of the Monterey County Free Libraries (“MCFL”) to accept donations totaling $2,200 for purchase of food and supplies for staff training, and c. Authorize the Director of the MCFL to take all steps necessary to implement purchasing or otherwise utilizing these donations.
