a. Approve submittal of a grant application in the amount of $10 million, under the Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, Nationally Significant Federal Lands and Tribal Projects grant program, to request funding for the Palo Colorado Road Storm Damage Repair Project; b. Authorize the Director of Public Works, Facilities and Parks (PWFP), or designee, to act as the agent for the County in processing all documentation to secure these funds; and c. Direct PWFP to return to the Board for approval prior to acceptance of grant award.
