a. Authorize and approve the Director of the Monterey County Free Libraries (“MCFL”) to execute a three (3) year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the term of July 9, 2024 to July 8, 2027 with the Friends of the Andy Ausonio Library (“Friends”) to partner with Monterey County on behalf of MCFL, and b. Authorize the Library Director to execute up to three (3) future annual amendments to the agreement that do not significantly alter the scope of work.
