a. Approve and authorize the Chief Probation Officer to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the County of Monterey Probation Department (Probation) and Santa Rita Union School District (SRUSD), effective July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, where SRUSD is reimbursing Probation an amount not to exceed $234,614 for fiscal year (FY) 2024-2025 for collaborative campus-based services provided by Probation; and b. Authorize the Chief Probation Officer to sign up to three (3) future amendments to the MOU where each amendment does not exceed 10% ($23,462) of the FY 2024-2025 reimbursable amount and does not significantly alter the scope of services, for a not to exceed maximum reimbursable amount of $258,076 per fiscal year.
