a. Approve and authorize the Sheriff or her designee to accept grant funding from the PATH-Justice Involved grant also known as the CaLAIM PATH III Grant through the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) in the amount of $5,000,000. b. Authorize the Sheriff or her designee to take any actions necessary to fulfill the requirements of implementing the grant award.
