a. Adopt Plans and Special Provisions for the Seal Coat FY24, Project No. 5524 (Project) to resurface Blanco Road, Reservation Road, and River Road at various locations; and b. Authorize the Director of Public Works, Facilities and Parks to advertise the Project’s “Notice to Bidders” in the Monterey County Weekly. California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Action: A Notice of Exemption was filed on January 31, 2024 pursuant to CEQA Guidelines, California Code of Regulations (CCR) Section 15301 Existing Facilities).
