a. Approve and authorize the Library Director or Library Assistant Director to sign Amendment #1 to non-standard agreement with California Internet, L.P. dba GeoLinks, approved July 23, 2019 for $31,800, extending the term by two years (July 31, 2024 to July 31, 2026) and increasing the not-to-exceed amount from $50,000 to $81,600; and b. Approve and authorize the Library Director or Library Assistant Director to sign two additional one-year future Amendments provided they do not substantially change the scope of work and that each Amendment shall neither increase the contract by more than 10% of its amended value if approved ($8,160) nor increase the total contract amount above $89,760.
