1. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board and the County Administrative Officer to sign a lease renewal between the Quality Children's Services and the Newell Migrant Center, effective January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026.
2. Requesting approval to waive the bid requirements due to utilizing the Sourcewell Contract# 121923-CDWG Tech Catalog and authorize the purchase of six (6) Cisco network switches, extended service agreements, and term licenses from CDW-G, not to exceed $32,021.48.
3. Requesting approval to waive the bid requirements due to utilizing the Sourcewell Contract# 121923-CDWG Tech Catalog, and provide approval and authorization of a capital financing agreement between the County of Modoc and Cisco Capital for the purchase of eighteen (18) Cisco network switches, not to exceed $16,302.86 per year, for a five (5) year term.
4. Requesting approval to waive the bid requirements due to utilizing a California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS Number 3-23-01-1017) for the purchase of a security camera system for the interior and exterior of the Auditor's Office, ten (10) year camera licenses, and other required items, and sign a five (5) year finance agreement between the County of Modoc and Monarch Connected, not to exceed $7,414.00 per year.
5. Requesting approval to waive the bid requirements due to utilizing a California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS Number 3-23-01-1017) for the purchase of a security camera system for the interior and exterior of the Modoc County jail, ten (10) year camera licenses, and other required items, and sign a five (5) year finance agreement between the County of Modoc and Monarch Connected, not to exceed $46,545.00 per year.
6. Requesting approval to waive the bid requirements due to utilizing a California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS Number 3-23-01-1017) for the purchase of a security camera system for the interior and exterior of Social Services, ten (10) year camera licenses, and other required items, and sign a three (3) year finance agreement between the County of Modoc and Monarch Connected, not to exceed $11,040.96 per year.
7. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a Task Order 1030-80-24-05 Amendment 2 between the County of Modoc and West Yost to complete the water budget and recharge support activities and monitoring for the Big Valley Groundwater Basin, not to exceed $312,167.50.
8. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a lease agreement between the County of Modoc and Duncan Family Farms for the lease of twenty-five (25) dwelling units/houses and the laundry facility at the Castle Rock Farmworker Center Housing, effective March 1, 2026, through December 31, 2028.
9. Requesting approval of a bid exclusion pursuant to County Code 3.24.060(b) (2) and award a bid from YARBO for one (1) robot lawnmower with attachments, not to exceed $12,396.97.
