- Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an updated Task Order 1030-80-24-05 Amendment 2 between the County of Modoc and West Yost to complete the water budget and recharge support activities and monitoring for the Big Valley Groundwater Basin, not to exceed $312,167.50, and incorporate the terms and conditions of Grant Agreement# 4600015869 to Task Order 1030-80-24-05, Amendment 1 and Amendment 2.
- Requesting approval and authorization to purchase one (1) Cisco Network and Digital Network Architecture Advantage, in the amount of $2,818.54.
- Requesting approval to award bid from SUNMAX for one (1) A20 electric forklift with charger under the Carl Moyer Grant, not to exceed $16,086.43.
- Requesting approval of a Resolution to accept the 2025 Department of Justice COPS Hiring Grant for the total Federal Award amount of $250,000.00, with a match of $86,110.00 over the course of five (5) years, effective October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2030.
