- Requesting approval of an exemption from competitive bidding requirements per Modoc County Code Section 3.24.060 (B) to purchase one (1) 2018 Ford F-150 XLT used vehicle from vendor Querque Auto Brokers, not to exceed the purchase amount of $30,108.25.
- Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign Amendment No. 4 to the agreement between the County of Modoc and CSG Consultant, Inc., effective January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2026.
- Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a grant amendment between the County of Modoc and the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) for grant agreement number 4600015869, Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) Implementation, and provide authorization for County Counsel and the County Administrative Officer to have final review of the grant agreement.
- Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an amendment to the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement for the purpose of continuing a regional medical services agency between the County of Modoc, County of Lassen, County of Plumas, County of Sierra, and the County of Trinity.
- Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to award the Noxious Weed Program Herbicide Bid to Nutrien Solutions, in the amount of $93,901.67.
