- Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign the twelfth (12) amendment to the Refuse Collection Agreement between USA Waste of California, Inc. dba Alturas Disposal, and the County of Modoc, extension effective February 28, 2026 through February 28, 2027.
- Requesting approval of a Resolution approving the amendment to the Joint Exercise of Powers agreement for the purpose of continuing a regional medical services agency and providing for the implementation, operation, and management of an emergency medical services system in the counties of Lassen, Modoc, Plumas, Sierra, and Trinity counties in the State of California.
- Requesting approval of a Resolution to accept the 2025 Department of Justice COPS Hiring Grant for the total Federal Award amount of $250,000.00, with a match of $86,110.00 over the course of five (5) years, effective October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2030.
