2. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a contract between the County of Modoc and Training Employment and Community Help, Inc. (TEACH) for the Home Safe Program, not to exceed $275,000.00, effective January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028.
3. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a contract between the County of Modoc and Training Employment and Community Help, Inc. (TEACH) for the Bringing Families Home (BFH) Program, not to exceed $275,000.00, effective January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028.
4. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a contract between the County of Modoc and Corrections Software Solutions (CSS) for client management software services, not to exceed $26,208.00, effective February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2029.
5. Requesting authorization to waive the competitive bid requirements per County Code Section 3.24.010 (B) (2) and approve the purchase of four (4) Aqua Troll Level Sensors and accessories for groundwater level monitoring, not to exceed $13,680.23.
6. Requesting authorization to waive the competitive bid requirements per Modoc County code section 3.24.060 (B) (2) and approve to purchase one (1) YARBO robot lawnmower with attachments, not to exceed $13,079.74.
