2. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a contract amendment between the County of Modoc and the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) to account for additional time of use of property from Modoc County for the rehabilitation project on Route 299 and 395, in the amount of $1,000.00.
3. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a contract between the County of Modoc and the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) to purchase right of way from Modoc County for the rehabilitation project on Route 299 and 395, in the amount of $2,000.00.
4. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a contract between the County of Modoc and the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) to purchase right of way from Modoc County for the rehabilitation project on Route 299 and 395, in the amount of $6,900.00.
5. Amendment to Title 18 Zoning Code to bring the existing code into compliance with current State law and consistency with the General Plan.
6. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign the annual Amendment No. 12 Agreement No. Y14 - 2376 between the County of Modoc and the Regents of University of California, not to exceed $16,000.00, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
7. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an Amendment to the Memorandum of Agreement between the Federal Aviation Administration and the California State Historic Preservation Officer regarding the Tulelake Municipal Airport Proposed Perimeter Fence Project, effective March 10, 2026.
8. Review and determine that the Zoning Ordinance Amendment (ZOA2025-01) is not a project subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), under Categorical Exemption Section 15061(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, finding that the project does not have the potential to cause a significant effect on the environment.
