Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a contract renewal between the County of Modoc and the Modoc County Office of Education for psychological assessments at the rate of $850.00 per report, with additional costs for consultations, time, travel, and mileage if appropriate, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
2. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a contract renewal between the County of Modoc and Yolo County Probation for the secure housing of juveniles on an as-needed and agreed-upon basis at the current per-diem rate of three hundred and twenty-five dollars ($325.00) for each 24-hour day or portion thereof, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
3. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an agreement between the County of Modoc and Larranaga Trucking for the purchase of aggregate base for calendar year 2026, effective May 26, 2026 through December 31, 2026.
4. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an agreement between the County of Modoc and Albina Asphalt for the purchase of emulsions for calendar year 2026, effective May 26, 2026 through October 26, 2026.
5. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a recurring Grant Agreement G25-EIDG-16 between the California Air Resources Board and Modoc County Air Pollution Control District, not to exceed the amount of $8,583.00, effective May 31, 2026 through May 1, 2027.
6. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an annual agreement between the County of Modoc and Megabyte Property Tax Systems for the maintenance and support of the Megabyte System, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. ​
7. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an amendment to Modoc Peers Data PA 5.13.24-AM2 Participation Agreement between the County of Modoc and California Mental Health Services Authority (CalMHSA) for the Peer Support Specialist Certification Program, to extend the effective date to June 4, 2027.
8. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an agreement between the County of Modoc and Hat Creek Construction and Materials for the purchase of aggregate base for calendar year 2026, effective May 26, 2026 through December 31, 2026.
9. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an agreement between the Modoc Air Pollution Control District and California Air Resources Board for Carl Moyer State Reserve Grant Fiscal Year 2025-2026, not to exceed $50,000.00, effective May 29, 2026 through December 31, 2034.
10. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an agreement between the County of Modoc and Hat Creek Construction and Materials for the purchase of hot mix asphalt for the calendar year 2026, effective May 26, 2026 through December 31, 2026.
11. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an agreement between the County of Modoc and Rocky Mountain Construction for the purchase of hot mix asphalt for calendar year 2026, effective May 26, 2026 through December 31, 2026.
12. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an agreement between the County of Modoc and Knife River Northwest for the purchase of aggregate screenings for calendar year 2026, effective May 26, 2026 through October 26, 2026.
13. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an agreement between the County of Modoc and Rocky Mountain Construction for the purchase of aggregate base for calendar year 2026, effective May 26, 2026 through December 31, 2026.
14. Requesting approval of a bid exemption pursuant to County Code 3.24.060 (D) and authorization to purchase from the Lookout Fire Protection District one (1) used 1998 Freightliner water truck, not to exceed $26,812.50.
15. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a recurring grant amendment between the Modoc County Air Pollution Control District and California Air Resources Board (CARB) for the G21-CAPP-17-1 Carl Moyer Grant, not to exceed $12,074.00, effective August 1, 2022 through June 30, 2026.
