2. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a contract via DocuSign between the County of Modoc and JUMP Technology Services, L.L.C. for hosting and support of a cloud-based Adult Protective Services (APS) system, not to exceed $7,350.00, effective June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2028.
3. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an amendment to the ongoing contract via DocuSign between the County of Modoc and Training Employment and Community Help, Inc. (TEACH, Inc.) for the Housing and Disability Advocacy Program (HDAP), increasing the not-to-exceed amount from $204,411.00 to $219,411.00, effective July 1,2024 through June 30, 2026.
4. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a contract between the Law Office of Jessica Ryan Keeney, Esq. and the County of Modoc for Public Defender Services, in the amount of $18,566.22 monthly, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
5. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an annual contract via DocuSign between the County of Modoc and Training Employment and Community Help, Inc. (TEACH, Inc.) for parent education services, not to exceed $86,500.00, effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
6. Requesting approval of a Resolution authorizing an amendment to the Public Risk Innovation Solutions, and Management (PRISM) Joint Powers Authority Agreement and authorizing the County's PRISM Board member to sign the agreement.
7. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an Allocation Agreement Amendment Number 1 between the Farmer Shared Allocation Pool and the Modoc County Air Pollution Control District to extend the unused administration funds, the due date, and the allocation agreement end date.
8. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a recurring grant agreement between the Modoc County Agriculture Department and the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) for the agreement number 26-0050-000-SA, not to exceed $900.00, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
9. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an Affiliation Agreement between the County of Modoc and Wilmington University for the completion of student clinical hours, effective June 9, 2026.
10. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an agreement between the County of Modoc Sheriff's Office and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) for Gray Wolf Management Services.
11. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a recurring grant agreement between the Modoc County Air Pollution Control Board and the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Grant G21-PBRM-14-4, not to exceed $50,000.00, effective June 1, 2022 to June 30, 2028.
12. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an amendment to the Memorandum of Agreement between the Federal Aviation Administration and the California State Historical Preservation Officer regarding the Tulelake Municipal Airport Proposed Perimeter Fence Project, effective June 9, 2026.
13. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a recurring grant agreement 26-0096-000-SA between the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) and Modoc County Department of Agriculture, not to exceed $240.00, effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
14. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an agreement between the County of Modoc and Emergent 3 for an employee safety notification system, not to exceed $4,500.00 per year, effective June 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029.
15. Requesting approval to award the bid for the purchase of one (1) UTV 2025 Honda Pioneer 1000 to Northstate Powersports, in the amount of $19,883.00, effective June 9, 2026.
16. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an Amendment #4 between the County of Modoc and Prentice Long, PC, increasing the fee schedule 2.6%, effective June 1, 2026.
