2. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a contract between the County of Modoc and Tehama County Probation for the secure housing of juveniles, effective July,1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
3. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a contract between the County of Modoc and Edward P. Richert, M.D., INC. for Medical Director/Health Officer, not to exceed $6,000.00 per month, effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028.
4. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a modification to a recurring grant agreement between the County of Modoc Agriculture Department and the U.S. Forest Service Agreement number 23-CS-11050900-018, not to exceed $46,204.00, effective June 15, 2026 through August 31, 2028.
5. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board and the Assistant County Administrative Officer to sign a service agreement between the County of Modoc and MyLinkLine Communications for an emergency phone line for the courthouse elevator, not to exceed $568.00, effective June 11, 2026 through June 10, 2027.
6. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an amendment to the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement (JPA) between the Counties of Lassen, Modoc, Plumas, Sierra, and Trinity for the purpose of continuing a regional medical services agency, effective January 13, 2026.
7. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a recurring grant agreement between the Modoc Air Pollution Control District and California Air Resources Board (CARB) for the G23-CAPP-17-1 Community Air Protection Grant, not to exceed $23,936.00, effective November 30, 2023 through June 30, 2028.
8. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an amendment to a recurring grant agreement between the Modoc County Air Pollution Control District and California Air Resources Board (CARB) for the G22-MSR-02-01 Carl Moyer Grant, not to exceed $200,000.00, effective May 22, 2023, through December 31, 2027.
