1. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a Mutual Aid Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) renewal between the County of Modoc and the County of Butte for the Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Program, effective July 23, 2026 through June 30, 2028.
2. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a contract amendment between the County of Modoc and RestPadd Red Bluff Health Corp, to increase the not-to-exceed amount to $275,000.00, effective July 1, 2025.
3. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a contract between the County of Modoc and Davis Guest Home, Inc for residential mental health care and assisted living services, not to exceed $240,000.00, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
4. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a recurring grant agreement between the County of Modoc Agriculture Department and the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) for the Nursery Inpsection Agreement 26-0161-000-SA, not to exceed $500.00, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
5. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a recurring agreement between the County of Modoc and Sunrays of Hope for Peer Support, Recovery, and Community Engagement Services, not to exceed $300,000.00 per fiscal year and shall not exceed $900,000.00 for the entire term of this Agreement, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029.
6. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an agreement between the County of Modoc and California Department of Food and Agriculture for Organic Inspections Agreement 26-0281-00-SA, not to exceed $1,500.00, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
7. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an agreement between the County of Modoc Agriculture Department and California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) for 23-0212-000-SA Farmers Market Inspections, not to exceed not to exceed $440.00, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
8. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign the Medi-Cal Participation Agreement 26-MCIPMODOC-25 between the County of Modoc and the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), effective July 1, 2026 and will remain in effect until terminated.
9. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an agreement between the County of Modoc and the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) for the Medi-Cal County Inmate Program, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029.
10. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an agreement between the County of Modoc Agriculture Department and the United States Forest Service for 23-CS-11050900-010, not to exceed $50,000.00 effective, through August 31, 2028.
11. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a Subrecipient Agreement between the County of Modoc and Sierra Health Foundation: Center for Health Program Management for fiscal administration of Proposition 36 funds, in an amount not to exceed $269,097.64, effective March 1, 2026 through March 31, 2028.
12. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign the Grant Amendment G21-MCAP-13-1 between the County of Modoc Air Pollution Control District and the California Air Resources Board (CARB), changing the grant term date, effective May 15, 2022 through June 30, 2030.
