2. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a contract between the County of Modoc and Behavioral Health Data Project , not to exceed $78,500.00, effective July 1,2026, through June 30, 2027.
3. Requesting approval of a Resolution to ratify the application, acceptance of the award, and execution of the grant agreement with CalOES for the Victim Services Program, effective October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027.
4. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an agreement between the County of Modoc and Local Emergency Medical Services Agency (LEMSA) for Fiscal Year 2026-2027, not to exceed $11,225.40, effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
5. Requesting authorization to purchase updated Pollpads from Knowink, LLC, in the amount of $15,253.38 using the remaining funds from the Voting System Replacement Grant that expires on August 31, 2026.
6. Requesting approval of a Resolution of the County of Modoc adopting the Memorandum of Understanding between the United Public Employees of California (UPEC) Local 792 and the County of Modoc, effective from ratification through August 25, 2027.
7. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Modoc County Public Health and Modoc County Sheriff's Office for "after-hours" Emergency 911 dispatch services, not to exceed $5,000.00, effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.

11. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a public comment letter supporting the addition of Census Tract 06049000300 to California's Final Opportunity Zones 2.0 nominations.
