  1. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an agreement between the County of Modoc and Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) for Zero-Cost Vehicle Use Agreement, effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2031.
  2. Requesting approval and authorization of a recurring contract between the County of Modoc and GoTo Resolve for Mobile Device Management and Resolve Premium, not to exceed $11,753.60, effective September 23, 2026 through September 29, 2027.
  3. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an ongoing contract via DocuSign between the County of Modoc and Training Employment and Community Help, Inc. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a recurring contract between the County of Modoc and North Valley Behavioral Health LLC for specialty inpatient psychiatric and behavioral health services, not to exceed $80,000.00, effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028.
  8. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a contract Amendment No.1 between the County of Modoc and Open Line Group Homes, Inc to provide Mental Health Treatment Services for Seriously Emotionally Disturbed (SED) children and youth, not to exceed $75,000.00 per fiscal year, which is not a guaranteed sum but shall be paid only for services rendered and received, effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028.
  9. Request approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a contract with Just Appraised for website chatbot services and ongoing support not to exceed $8,547.00 for the 2026-2027 year, $5,481.00 for the 2027-2028 year, and $5,645.00 for 2028-2029, effective October 13, 2026 and, unless terminated earlier as provided herein, will continue in effect for so long as there is an Order Form or Statement of Work outstanding.
  10. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign a Task Order between the County of Modoc and West Yost to complete a five-year periodic evaluation for the Big Valley Groundwater Basin, not to exceed $55,655.00.
  11. Requesting approval and authorization for the Chair of the Board to sign an annual Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Modoc County Department of Social Services and Modoc County Sheriff's Office for "after-hours" dispatch services, not to exceed $5,000.00, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
