RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion approving a supplemental budget appropriation from the Unreserved, Unencumbered Fund Balance of the General Fund in the amount not to exceed $1,346, transferring to Fund 4021- Fahrens Park Maintenance District and appropriating the same to cover the assessment balloting proceeding noticing costs.
