SUBJECT: Authorization to Accept and Increase Revenue an Amount up to $50,000,000 for Proceeds from Debt from the State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan and Appropriating the Same in Fund 6000-Wastewater Operating Fund, Subsequent to the Execution of the Construction Installment Sale Agreement with State Water Resources Control Board to Provide Financing for Improvements to the Merced Wastewater Treatment Facility REPORT IN BRIEF Considers authorization to accept and increase an amount up to $50,000,000 in revenue for proceeds from Debt from the State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan and appropriating the same in Fund 6000-Wastewater Operating Fund, subsequent to the execution of the Construction Installment Sale Agreement with State Water Resources Control Board to Provide Financing for Improvements to the Merced Wastewater Treatment Facility. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Accepting and increasing revenue for proceeds from Debt in the amount up to $50,000,000 to be received from the SRF loan and appropriating the same in Fund 6000-Wastewater Operating Fund Project CP230035 (WWTP Phase VI Improvement); and, B. Approving the use of pooled cash until reimbursement is received from the SRF loan.
